Our housekeeping staff can organise cleaning, gardening, pool maintenance to ensure your property is presented in excellent condition throughout the year. They can also offer a call out service should the unexpected happen.
Our current portfolio covers the beautiful region of Lunigiana in Northern Tuscany however we welcome any enquires from owners with properties further a field. Properties are selected on the basis of the brand criteria which includes a high level of equipment, facilities and furnishings, attention to detail, modern comfort and presentation in order that we meet the market demands of our customers.

The area does not suffer from mass tourism however every year more tourists are looking for an unspoilt holiday destination with the need to escape the 'package' style holiday. The most popular periods are from May until the end of September however the region attracts tourists during the cooler months making Lunigiana an all year round destination. During low season travellers visit to experience the tranquillity and unspoilt nature of the beautiful countryside and spectacular autumn colours. Winter months also offer local skiing at one of three easy to reach ski areas. Many combine a few days in Lungiana with a trip to cities such as Florence and Siena to escape the high season crowds.
