All our properties are equipped with individual guest books which include information about the property, a selection of restaurants, local amenities and area guides. Lunigiana has for a long time remained an unknown area of Tuscany however recently has gained considerable recognition as an area unspoilt by mass tourism offering generous hospitality and a landscape that has to be seen to be appreciated.
Excellent transport links offer the traveller with choice and flexibility with Pisa about an hour from the region and Genova and Milan within easy reach. Located on the border of Ligura and Emilia Romagna the region is rich in contrast offering the best of all worlds. Combining the rustic simplicity of the countryside, with the colourful and lively coast line of Liguria right on the doorstep and not forgetting to mention Parma, the home of the famous 'Prosciutto di Parma' an hours drive away.
Service
For 2007 we have added new facilities and services to many of our properties in order that we continually improve our service and meet the demands of the independent traveller. We offer the option of late arrivals for those guests arriving out of office hours and our mini hampers make sure you wont go hungry if you are too late for the supermarket. For those that do not like to be away from their e-mail for long, even on holiday we are installing high speed internet to a selection of houses.
During high season most of our properties accept bookings from a Saturday however to meet with the increasing number of flights offering excellent mid week rates and arrivals wherever possible we will try to accommodate alternative arrivals subject to availability.
Our staff based in Lunigiana provide our guests with advice, assistance and peace of mind during their stay in Tuscany. Our housekeeping service includes organising baby cots, additional cleaning and speciality hampers, while our concierge offers you all the tourist information you will need to make the most of your visit.
